Program Note:

This piece was inspired and dedicated to Anne Lindberg's artwork "Motion Drawing". The artwork is simple in using only contrast between black lines to create variety of dimensions, textures and generate a "visual" motion from the contrast. From there, "Air" conveys ideas about contrast like "Slow and Fast", "Low and High", "Short and Long" and others in creating different movements of the abstract music to move the audience's music.
